Why won't the More tag come up on all of my posts?

I am changing diabeticredemption.com to a new theme — Fresh and Clean. On some of my posts, the More tag shows up fine — the others have no indication at all that further text exists. Please help!! I do not want to my readers to think I write one paragraph posts.

Fresh and Clean is a bit of an odd theme.
It only displays excerpts on the front page, so if the excerpt is too short (the whole post isn’t larger than the threshold or a manual more tag cuts it off before the threshold), the theme won’t display the continue reading link.
