Why won't the Parent page show the subpage or show a dropdown?

Why doesn’t my page, linked to parent page, ‘ABOUT’ show on blog?. It says it was published. I can find it in ‘SEARCH’ but can’t see it anywhere. No drop down under ABOUT’

Did you create a custom menu http://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/
and add the Page and sub-pages to it http://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/#adding-pages
and create the dropdown sub-menu http://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/#changing-the-order-creating-sub-menus
