Why won't this video embed?

    I have tried everything I’ve seen suggested on how to embed videos, but cannot get this one to work. I’ve tried the embed short code, pasting the link , and pasting the embed code and I can’t get it to work. It either completely disappears if I put it in the HTML page, or just shows a link that I can click on to get to the video (if I put it on the visual edit page). I want to show the video with a play button so someone can click on the image and the video will play.

    The embed text that the video gives is:

    The problem is this embed code is a javascript code, and this is not allowed at wordpress.com sites for security reasons (https://en.support.wordpress.com/code/).

    You can embed videos from many services, (https://en.support.wordpress.com/videos/) but unfortunately, not from this page. I should suggest you to check if there is a copy of this video in one of the supported services.
