Why won't VideoPress save the description of my video?

I uploaded a video. It has completed processing. I edit the media from the MEDIA menu, type in a description, and click “update media”. The description is not saved. I have waited until my thumbnail updates to see if it is just a “processing time” problem…and the description is still not saved.

Is this the “HOW I GOT INTO THE OBELISK” video?
If so, what were you entering for the description?

Yes, it is, I keep uploading and reloading…having trouble with how your compression works…it scrambles the first minute or so.
The description also keeps changing but is basically a sentence or two like:
The Odalisque lives in a very tall obelisk made of obsidian. How did she get into it? In her first-ever movie, The Odalisque reveals everything (even her head). With birds! Mythical sea creatures! Stunning scenery constructed entirely of ink and paper! And, of course, The Odalisque.

Ok, I see the problem and am unable to save that description either. Are you still having trouble with the video compression?

yes…it’s 4 seconds about 25 seconds–it just drops them completely….and consistently…it has done it the past 3 times I’ve uploaded. Very strange?? I’m uploading a .mov file.

Ok, please try http://www.mirovideoconverter.com/ and convert it to MP4. Then, upload that one and let us know if you still have trouble.
We’re looking into the description issue.
