Why won't WordPress accept our Premium renewal payment?
-
I’ve been stuck in a loop trying to renew our subscription. We’ve been getting an expiration warning that our Premium service is going to end, however, when I try to purchase another one, all I receive is an error message at the top of that payment screen that our account already has those features. I cannot progress from here and the site won’t take our money or renew our plan.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I flagged this for the staff to look at your account and help
Note: for renewals you renew NOT buy again – are you logged in as the owner of the upgrade? Is there another account you might have used?

We have several members of my company who contribute to the blog, so perhaps that’s where the confusion comes in. Regardless, I still do not see a renewal option for me, even though I’m pretty sure I have full admin rights. Please help.
*It’s also frustrating that I can’t contact the WordPress team directly about this situation.

Hi there,
Sorry about the trouble you’ve had with it. Can you kindly ask the user laurenhayes4 to log into the blog and renew the upgrade? This can be done by going to Store -> My Upgrades in the blog dashboard:
http://scopelyblog.wordpress.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php?page=my-upgrades
The option to renew should appear for her since she is the owner of the upgrade.
Let me know how that goes. Thanks!
