Why won't your system allow me to purchase a premium theme?

  I have a blog. I just did the free 30 day upgrade. Then I decided to purchase a premium theme. I placed an order for the upgrade plus theme for $169 but your system will not put the order through!

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hello there!

  I am sorry you had that problem! It does appear as if you now have a premium theme (Bloggy) on your site, nancyedoherty.wordpress.com. Is this what you were hoping to accomplish, or are you looking to purchase an additional Premium theme? Please let me know, and I can help further.

  Thanks for replying. Yes, this was what I was trying to do. But I was assuming that I’d also have to pay for the premium package rather than just the 30 day free trial. I guess that trying to purchase that as well is what gummed up the works. Will I simply be notified in 30 days that I must pay for the premium package?

  Regarding your Premium upgrade: you are currently utilizing the 2-week free trial. At the end of the trial (October 22, 2014), you can choose to purchase the upgrade or you can cancel. You’re also welcome to push the purchase through right away, if you’d prefer that. In order to do so, click the link below:

  Next to your Premium Trial, you’ll click the Purchase button and follow the directions from there.
