Why WordPress can't import/export contents from another WordPress blog?

  this is my old blog http://perlamordishiva.wordpress.com/
  i tried to import contents to my new one ( http://shivabakta.wordpress.com/ ), but Wp sent me this email:

  “We are sorry, but there was an error while performing your blog import to http://shivabakta.wordpress.com
  Please contact support, and we’ll get everything fixed.”

  and i can’t try again cause “We’re processing your import now and will send you an email when it’s all done.”

  what can i do now?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You may have too much content for a single XML file and may need to create individual export files and import them. I’ll tag this thread for Staff assistance with your import. Please subscribe to the thread so you are notified when they respond and please be patient while waiting.

  I have reset your blog importer manually. Please try your import again.
