Why WordPress is blocking me from posting new articles?

  We are a team of burundimagazine.net. one of us ordered the video press and custom design with his credit card but there was some problems later. WordPress wrote to us and went ahead and blocked our blog. They asked the owner of the card , the one who did all the transactions to talk to his bank and he did it perfectly. WordPress promised the problem will be solved soon, but we’ve waited and waited up to this time that i am writing this notice,we can’t post anything, so would you like please telling us the reasons?
