Why wordpress is slow nowdays?

    I was uploading some photos but realized that the wordpress is working very slow, and each upload of the image with 80-100 Kb size took more than 1 minute. What’s the reason?

    Hello there,
    I live in Canada and I on dedicated DSL and I am not experiencing the problem you are reporting. The way you connect to the internet (mobile, satellite, DSL, dial-up) and to your blog, and how many proxy server jumps etc. it takes to connect can cause problems. There maybe be problems with your ISP and/or with the proxy servers. Have you checked for known issues with your ISP?

    Sometimes operating system and/or security system updates can cause problems so have you received any OS or security or firewall updates recently and if so then have you checked for known issues?
