Why wordpress site is blocked and banned from China?

We are a popular site in USA, and some other countries. However, we found that readers from China are banned. Does anybody have any idea? Thanks!

China, assuming you mean the People’s Republic, isn’t a free country. The government there exerts controls over internet access and content. I’m only guessing, but perhaps they object philosophically to your articles on fashion and consumer goods. Either that or they just want to limit what their citizens see of the rest of the world. Google has had lots of problems with the Chinese government censoring search results.

You can try using a proxy to access the blog. http://www.randomwire.com/how-to-bypass-the-great-firewall-of-china provides a list of some options that you may be able to explore and/or use.
