Why WordPress.com keep messing the image ?

    From time and time, I notice that image keep messing the post. What belongs to image from one post will replace another. Can WordPress technician identify the source of the problems ? It is very frustrating because all the images need to be manually resolved.

    The following post show how the image are been jumbled up from other post. All the original images from the post are gone and replace by other images from other post.

    Can WordPress techicican fix this problem and return the original image ?
