Why would footer widgets migrate to the sidebar, without having changed anything

  I have had this site running smoothly, on the Koi theme, for over 2 years, and just recently, my footer widgets are not staying where they should, though I changed nothing.

  The bottom three items on the sidebar, Stats, Follow and Text should be in that order, left to right on the footer, because they are in the tabs Footer 1 to 3, in that order.

  I may have to just change themes, but I thought I would poll the WP community.

  Could be a stray HTML tag. The HTML Troubleshooting support page might help you locate the cause of the problem.

  Whoa…yer good! Worked like a charm, because I had just tweaked a text widget incorrectly and once I fixed, the stray footer widgets went back home.
