Why would my sites be flagged for phishing.

    My site has been flagged for phising. I just learned from some people I am doing Camp NaNoWriMo with that whey they are trying to access my blogs from their respetctive web addresses that BOTH blogs have been flagged for phising! I’m NOT a phiser. I do not ask for personal or sensitive information nor do I circulate links which would. PLEASE help me figure out what is going on. The readers say they get the warning for BOTH blogs itsarealpain.wordpress.com and rrrthrive.wordpress.com HELP!!!!!

    Usually that happens if you link to another site that is shaky – many times it is because of a picture hot linked to another site –

    did they give you a file or site name? If so you can search for that in your Post or Page editor

    Do you get the same warning? What anti-virus are they using – who did the warning come from?

    Sometimes also it can be a false positive by an anti-virus company
