why/are/my/photos/showing/in/repetition? the editor window correct,but not URL

  Suddenly, the photos i have posted in recent links are popping up incorrectly.
  Example: I posted three different photos in the editor, they showed up correctly until today. Today the window is showing one select photo of the three, repeated three times.

  something wrong with CSS? how can i fix this please?????
