Whybcan't I see my second blog when I click "manage my blogs"?

  I can’t see my blog. I have two blogs. I am the admin of both. But when I click “manage my blogs”, I only see one of the blogs. Help!
  I have to manually type the URL to view my “missing blog”, which I am still experimenting with. So every time I want to edit or play around with it, it isn’t in my list.
