    Hi there, I’ve tagged WordPress.com staff to help you with this issue. In the meantime though, you may wish to refer to this page: https://en.support.wordpress.com/refunds/

    You will be refunded to the same payment method you used for your purchase. After processing, refunds usually take about five to ten business days to appear on your statement. For credit card refunds, it could take up to 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to show up. International refunds can take even longer to reach you. Your financial institution is going to be able to tell you when to expect the refund and how it will be listed on your statement.

    Hi –

    I can see that we processed a partial refund on 2018-10-14 . Typically that takes about 10 days depending on your banks processing times.

    You should contact your bank directly to inquire about the C$26.00 that we’ve sent back.

    Do you have plans to continue using your domain, lauriegunnphotos.com. That was transferred in to WordPress.com. If you want to maintain ownership of that domain I need to get it restored asap. Write back to let me know.
