We cannot use iframe embeds on wordpress.com blogs. It can only be used on wordpress.ORG self hosted installs.
    See > http://en.support.wordpress.com/code/
    And > http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

So its not posible to ad de code to the blog like they from wibiya say.

WordPress bloggers can also add the Wibiya toolbar they created without downloading the plugin. This will only take one minute

This is what they say to do:

    Just follow these steps:

    STEP 1

Click on “install on other blog platforms” in the install page and then copy the code by clicking on the “copy code to clipboard” button.

    STEP 2

Log in to your WordPress admin system and click on the “Design” tab at the top and then “Theme editor”.

    STEP 3

On the right side under Templates click on “Footer” *

    STEP 4

Paste the code into your HTML template before the tag and click on “update file”.

    That’s it !

    * if you don’t have a “Footer”, click on “Header” and in step 4 paste the code after the <body> tag.</body>

    The code is:
    <script src=’http://cdn.wibiya.com/Loaders/Loader_284872.js’ type=’text/javascript’></script>

    @bloginned

SIGH … I read the information on the site previously. I have both wordpress.COM blogs and wordpress.ORG installs (the two are very different and run on different software) so I do know whereof I speak. The instructions are for self hosted free standing wordpress>ORG installs.

Please read the information at the link I provided. We cannot use javascript on wordpress.COM blogs > http://en.support.wordpress.com/code/

I’m sorry this was a no go for you. The wordpress.com software will strip all javascript to preserve security on this multiuser blogging platform. Many people confuse wordpress.COM and wordpress.ORG and the two are quite different. If use of this toolbar is a deal breaker for you then you could take the other wordpress option. You could hire a web host and download a free software install from wordpress.ORG.
Best wishes for happy blogging. :)
