Why can't I install the Wibiya Toolbar?

  Please add back the Plugin capability back to wordpress.com. We need it to put on the Wibiya toolbar, which we use on all of our websites.

  We don’t allow plugins on WordPress.com for security reasons. Plugins are a feature only available for self-hosted blogs provided through WordPress.org.

  What features in particular were you looking for from the toolbar?

  to use the Wibiya toolbar, which we use on our other 2 blogs with you all.

  Unfortunately, that is not possible. Are there any specific features that you need from it, as we can probably duplicate them with built-in features?

  I doubt you can. It has too many features and the design is excellent. I will ask my webmaster to fix it. Seems it should not be this complicated
