Wide screen mobiles

    My website is good on desktop on mobile phones with small screens but when it’s on a larger screen iPhone there are huge gaps on some of the tour panels. We are having a hard time figuring out how to correct this. If you have a promax phone with large screen you can bring up the site and see. Any suggestionions. It’s only on large screens.

    Many thanks for reaching out.

    This site isn’t hosted with WordPress.com so our support overall is limited in this instance, but if it were hosted with WordPress.com, we’d be able to see what’s happening with the theme there as to what’s causing that.

    To explain, there’s two types of WordPress. The first is WordPress.com, where we provide daily backups, automatic updates, a 24/7 support service and an optimised version of WordPress. The second is self-hosted WordPress, where the free open source version of the software is installed onto a server.

    It’s possible to migrate the site over to WordPress using our migration plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wpcom-migration/ and the site would need to be on the business plan.
