  Nope, unfortunately. The idea of behind the slider is to highlight your featured content to your visitors. So removing links does not make sense. Which s why it is not possible by default.

  However it might be possible to do it with Custom Design upgrade.

  Thanks Chaitanyamsv for the information. I have the upgrade on my theme. I will ask for same help for that.
