  Hi there, have you checked out the configuration guide for Widely:

  If you need help with anything specific after having a look, just let me know. I’m not sure what you mean by “portfolio menu” so if you could explain which part of the demo you’re looking at – with a link if possible – that would be helpful. Thanks!

  Thanks for the link. That’s the self-hosted version of the theme, which is a bit different than the one available here at WordPress.com.

  You can add portfolios to any WordPress.com site by following the guide here:

  Create a Portfolio Website
