Widen body with ELEMIN

  Hi, I am using Elemin theme from Themify. My blog is http://thesweetlifeonline.com
  I am trying to widen the main body of the blog so that the margin on the left is smaller.
  I tried to follow these directions:
  http://premium-themes.forums.wordpress.com/topic/widen-main-body-and-move-date-and-comment-section?replies=8

  but it did nothing for my blog. Can you help?
