I would like to import my widgets from my google blog to wordpress. It is possible and if so, how do I do it?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

It depends on what the widgets actually are. If you are talking about things like the “followers” widget, then no, that cannot be used here. If you are talking about the javascript/HTML widgets, then the code could be copied and pasted into a text widget here, but please do note that flash, javascript iframes and forms are not allowed here due to security concerns. Most plain HTML can be used, but even with that there are security restrictions.

I wanted to ask one last question and hopefully this shall be all for today. I want to add a widget that links to a site. If you look at my site on blogger…..
http://sonsofliberty1.blogspot.com/
on the right are my widgets and for example under “Get Involved” there are numerous words like “Neational Tea Party” and that links directly to their site. I would like to do the exact same thing in wordpress but I can not figure out how. I thought I could use the Text/HTML widget but there is no place to link the names to sites.
Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

The following two support links will get you up and running with text widgets. The best way to create the stuff and links for text widgets is to use the visual editor to write the text and links and then copy the code from the HTML tab in the editor and paste it into the text widget. Otherwise you would have to code it by hand.
