  I want a sidebar widget for blogrolls, tahts is for the blogs i follow but i am not able to do it. So needed help on this regard.

  The easiest way to do this is with a custom menu. Use the menu to manage the list of links to your favorite blogs, and use a widget to show the menu on the blog.
