I am not sure what are you exactly looking for, can you provide further details for which code are you looking for ? To display you posts and in another website? How does it accept to show it ?
One way WordPress does it is
RSS FEEDS
You can get the latest feeds here and can be displayed if the website you want to show it on accepts the RSS feeds, you can find your websites RSS feeds here
