  How do I include a widget on my page that’s not already in the list of available widgets?

  If it’s a JavaScript widget or if it’s an iframe or flash then the software will strip the code out for security reasons. http://en.support.wordpress.com/code/

  In short I cannot provide an accurate answer without seeing the code. If the widget does not contain any restricted code then when you copy and paste the code into a text widget it will display in your sidebar.
