Widget – about.me server returns empty data

    I have been struggling with this for days and tried emailing about.me, but didn’t receive any help. Each time I past my about.me URL into the widget, I get this message “about.me server returns empty data. Please email (email visible only to moderators and staff) for support.” What can I do?
