widget and social marketing bookmarks

    I’ve just created my blog and in creating it i was playing with the widget function to see how it will look on my site. I clicked and dragged items into the box, but now that i’ve saved it i can’t remove them. Any ideas how i can remove the widgets i don’t want??

    Also, is there a way of creating a list of some social newtork bookmark links under every post? I noticed there was an option for bookmarking at the bottom of a new post page which is being written, but it didn’t seem to do anything.

    To remove widgets from the sidebar you have to drag them to the “available widget” area until the available widgets move to make place for the one you want to drop back. Only then you can drop the widget you want to discard.

    Social bookmarking on wordpress.com blogs is not automatic: you’ll have to do some copy-paste (see, for example: http://archgfx.net/blog/2006/geek/blogging/social-bookmarks-on-wordpresscom ).
