Widget at @ the bottom

  Some blogs have widgets at the bottom. How can I do this?

  You cannot compel your blog theme to function in any manner it is not designed to function in. Here is your theme description > http://theme.wordpress.com/themes/dusk-to-dawn/ In that theme you can have either a left hand or right hand sidebar. There are no footer widgets designed into that theme.
