Widget bar has decided to move to bottom of page!
-
Not sure why but the widget bar (usually fixed to left) has suddenly decided to move to the bottom of the page. Just wondering how to resolve this as I have no idea as to what’s caused it.
Any advice much appreciated.
Thanks!

Hello there,
We need you to post an active link starting with http:// to the blog in question. Please do that now. -
Is this the site you are talking about, http://porttalbottown.wordpress.com/ ? If so, please either link your username to your site (users > personal settings under “account details) or provide a link to the site when posting in the forums. We volunteers do not have access to your account to determine the URL of your site and most times we need to look at your site to be able to help.
This is most often caused by an open HTML tag in one of your posts.
Go to settings > writing and select “WordPress should correct invalidly nested XHTML automatically” and then click “save changes.”
Now, starting with your latest post, open it in the editor, switch from the visual tab to the HTML tab (waiting for the page to refresh) and then switch back to the visual tag (again waiting for it to refresh), and then click “update post.” Check your blog and if it is back to normal, you are golden. If not, open the next post and do the same thing till it goes back to normal.

Thanks both for the prompt response – really appreciate it.
Yes the site is http://porttalbottown.wordpress.com

Proceed as thesacredpath has described above to resolve this issue. Also note that if you have been copying and pasting text from elsewhere without using either icon 5 or icon 6 in Row 2 of the visual editor, you need to see here so you know how to do this correctly in the future. http://en.support.wordpress.com/visual-editor/#pasting-text
