widget Code?

whats wrong with this code? I am trying to get a centered widget image that links out to a website? It shows with code in my blog?
Could someone show me the right code to use?Thanks Kindly

The HotListings link in your sidebar produces a security error. I assume this is the one you are having trouble with.
