Widget Disappeared

  Hi, I’m a complete neophyte in these matters so please forgive my ignorance.
  When I started this blog nearly two years ago, I had someone create the sidebar
  for me, including two features 1. Was a flix icon with a page to view music videos.
  The other 2.) was a Gawker image on rotation. Several weeks ago, I started adding
  new images which enhanced the site overall, but I just noticed that inadvertently,
  I lost both the Flix feature and Gawker. Are they gone forever or would there be
  a place they may be retrieved?
