Widget does not show correctly.

    I have tried to install a widget many times- I have checked through all the wordpress support documents I can find. I’d like to have a badge on my website but every time I try it, it says to check my image configurations. Am I installing the code into the wrong box? Or is it a problem with the code? Thank you SO MUCH for your help!
