Widget embedded problem

I am trying to embedded my Photoshelter Widget to my blog, but it doesn’t work. I have copy the code from the widget into a new entry (in HTML) and what appears is the code, not the widget. What am I doing wrong?

Do you have a blog here at wordpress.COM? If so, please provide a link. The site in your user name is not hosted here.
And if you have a blog here, please provide the code you are trying to put in the widget. Put it between backticks (the key to the left of the #1 on your keyboard) so that we can see it.

That is flash which is not allowed here due to security concerns. You would have to see if they have a straight HTML version. Also, javascript, iframes and forms are not allowed due to the same security concerns.

It is annoying that we can’t use flash. I will have to try put my blog on my own site and server.
