Widget Enable Accessibility

I tried to enable the accessibility feature under the Widget section, once I clicked on the link, nothing further happened and I cannot dropdown widget sections, drag and drop widgets, or see an add/edit next to widgets.
Under Screen Options it still says Enable accessibility mode. What can I do?I tried to previous options of clearing cache and checking java
