Hi there,
Thank you for reaching out. I had a few questions –
– Did you receive an error message when you attempted to save?
– I am currently seeing a tag widget in the main widget area, and an Update, tag, and hit counter widget in the secondary widget area. What is the widget you’re trying to add and in what widget area? Is it one of the ones I mentioned above?
Let me know, and I’d be happy to look into this further for you. Thank you! -
Hello, thank you for your reply.
I didn’t receive an error message when i saved the customizer. Also, I tried to add “Social Icons” widget and a “SoundCloud HTML link” widget to the secondary widget area, and in the end they didn’t showed up. -
Hey there,
Thanks for that extra information!
I can’t see that these widgets have been added to the site – are you able to re-add this via this link please: https://shoubaru1912.wordpress.com/wp-admin/widgets.php ?
Many thanks in advance!

Hi. Thanks for your reply.
I re-added these widgets by the link you have sent, and I couldn’t click the Save Button (It’s “Cap nhat” in my language).
The text must be in white, but they were grey like this (screenshot & video)

Thank you for your help.

Hi there,
Have you tried adding it from a different browser?
Also, if you don’t mind, I can try adding it from this end to see if I can replicate the issue. Let me know, and I can attempt to add the widgets from my side. -
Hi,
I’ve just tried to add widgets with Microsoft Edge and it didn’t work.
And yes, you can try to add the widgets from your side. Thank you so much.

Hi there,
For Soundcloud, I receive an error:This block has encountered an error and cannot be previewed.
The social media icons, there was significant freezing while typing in the social media URL. Did you experience either of these?
I will look into this issue and see if we can resolve it. -
Hi, thanks for your reply.
Yes, i have experienced the social media icons freezed when typing the link.

I have tested on my test site with the theme you are using, and was able to add a social links block from Appearance > Widgets and save.
Can you give us the social links you want to add, and also verify you want them added to the secondary widget area so that we can test on your site?
Also, what is the soundcloud link you want added?
-
Hi,
Here are the social links i wanted to add
– Twitter – https://twitter.com/shouk1912
– Facebook – https://www.facebook.com/tranbaonguyenle007/SoundCloud HTML link –
Shou Lee · shou1912’s playlist
Thank you so much.

Thank you! I was able to test this and I do see what you mean. I tested using Firefox browser. When I added the social widget via Appearance > Widget > Secondary Widget Area and saved it, then the widget was not saved.
This also seems to happen with your Main Widget Area (the footer) too! I set up the Twenty Thirteen theme on my own blog to test it, but this doesn’t happen for me. It seems to be exclusive to your site. I’m not sure what causes this; I have summarised what you and we have seen so far, in order to ask for more help with it.
We’ll definitely need more time in order to work on this; thanks for your patience while we check it over.
