Widget (?) for newsletter sign up. How to add to my website?

  I’d like to add a widget (I think) for people to click on to subscribe to my newsletter. That would bring up a screen for them to input their email address, which would then come to my home email. How do I do that? I haven’t found an answer to that question in the articles or on the forum. Thank you!
