widget for post with maximum comments
-
How can I add a widget that shows my blogposts having maximum comments? I don’t want the widget with maximum likes or views, but those with maximum comments
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You find those posts and you manually write a text widget with those links in it. There is no way to automate it.

Another option
You’ll find brief lists of your “Top Recent Commenters,” and “Most Commented” in the Stats section of your classic dashboard. These may be helpful in creating your selection of “blogposts having the maximum comments.”
Customize the “Recent Comments” widget as follows:
1. Title the widget “Top Comments,” and choose the appropriate number of comments to display.
2. Assign a unique tag or category, such as “top,” to each of your selected posts.
3. Click on the Visibility button, and select “Show if category is top” or “Show if tag is top,” depending on whether you used a unique tag or category for each of your top comment posts.
4. Save the modifications. -
Assign a unique tag or category, such as “top,” to each of your selected posts.
“Unique” is the wrong word. I mean a tag or category unused in other posts. Each of your selected top comment posts will have the same category or tag, and only those posts will have that category or tag.

Hello
The ‘tag’ method did not work for me. I will try out ‘category’ method instead. Thank you. -
