Widget for Specific Pages

  I have widgets that I would like to have on certain pages, but I do not see a way to do that. I found plug-ins that would allow me to do it, but I do not know how to put it on my site because there is no plug in option on the sidebar that I see in most screenshot tutorials

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  We cannot use plugins on WordPress.com.
