Widget for uploading user generated content? Photos and text

  I am hoping to populate my blog with user generated content. Any tips on how to add a widget that will easily allow users to upload photos and text to my site (that I can then edit prior to publishing)?

  Also, I am looking for language that provides me with an unlimited license to use any user submitted content.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Only plugin I know of that let readers upload images only via your blog is PhotoSmash, but it runs on wordpress.org only.
