If the widget contains any of these restricted codes the software will strip the code out to preserve security. > http://en.support.wordpress.com/code/
If you post the code here in a forum thread we can take a look at it. In order to post code here and not have it execute you must post it between backticks. On the key to the left of the number one key you will see the tilde in upper case ~ below it your will see the backtick `. the format is:
backtick
CODE
backtickPlease post the code so we can figure out what’s going on.

Need help adding DailyMile Widget. I get a dailymile image and a link to my page but I want it to look like the sample on the Dailymile.com website.
Any ideas? -
~<script src=”http://www.dailymile.com/people/CassandraB/training/widget.js” type=”text/javascript”></script>
<noscript><img alt=”Fitness Training Log” src=”http://www.dailymile.com/images/badges/dailymile_badge_180x60_orange.gif” style=”border: 0;” /></noscript>~ -
TT gave you the link that explains why that doesn’t work: It’s a script, and will be stripped out for security reasons here.
