Widget help
-
I use to be able to edit my widgets by clicking widget, then sidebar, and I could edit the info, but now when I click widget, it says none available. Could you help me figure this out?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Thank you for the reply.
You can see the widgets here through the classic editor: https://prayhsu.wordpress.com/wp-admin/widgets.php
I’m also able to get to them by clicking on My Sites > Customize > Widgets > Side bar
Here’s what that looks like: https://cloudup.com/cXYBkHAI4c5 -
Ok, yes, and another gentleman in the marketing department who has helped me with this site can also get it like that. I use to be able to, but for some reason all the sudden I can’t

As an admin on the site you should be able to work on the Widgets. Were you successful with that link I sent?

Can you create a screen show of where you are seeing the No Widgets Available message? Here’s how you do it: https://en.support.wordpress.com/make-a-screenshot/
Also, which browser are you using?

Can you see the attachment? It’s the right side of the page. That’s the screen that has been coming up after I click on widget.

Hi Kristen –
Please add the attachment in to media library on the site. You do not need to publish it anywhere on the site. Let me know once you’ve done that and I can take a look.

Hi Kristen –
Please share which browser type and version you are using. Also, clear your browser cache and then sign back in to the account. Let me know if this helps.
