please help -
Hi!
I am not very sure if “mindbody” is an actual product/service.
Can you explain a bit more on what you are trying to embed on your site? I can help further with that information.
Also, please share your site link.

Hi frontstreethairstudio,
Just a stab in the dark here – I can see there is a ‘mindbody widget’ plugin available for WordPress, but to be able to upload plugins to a WordPress.com site you would need the Business plan. If you have the Business plan you would also have the capability of live chat so could get some live support to help you out if you wanted.
However, if I’m correct at guessing that http://www.frontstreethair.com may be your site, I can see it is not hosted at WordPress.com but rather at BlueHost, which means you would need to use the forums at WordPress.ORG (different platforms but easy to get them mixed up). Here is a direct link to their forums: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
I hope this helps!

yes our website is frontstreethair.com. It is hosted by blue host. I believe it is a WordPress.com and not .org
Are you suggesting I have to upgrade it to a business in order to get the widget on my website? and if so how do i do that?
isn’t there just a phone number I can call? -
Hi there,
That site is not hosted at WordPress.com, but uses the WordPress software from WordPress.org. The DNS records point elsewhere.
The main difference between WordPress.com and WordPress.org is who is hosting the websites. WordPress (Automattic) hosts all WordPress.com websites, and as such these forums can provide support related to sites hosted with them.
This link may help explain it better. And I believe you should be able to get the support you’d need from the WordPress.ORG forum (you may need to sign up to ask questions – unlike WordPress.com you don’t need to have an account there to have a website running with WordPress software).
