WIDGET ISSUES

  HAVE ADDED VARIOUS WIDGETS BUT I JUST DONT GET THE MOST OF THEM. THE ‘IMAGE” WIDGET DOESNT SHOW ANY IMAGE AND LINK ON MY BLOG COS I REALLY WANNA DISPLAY LOADS OF IMAGES. ALSO, I CANT ATTACH VIDEOS TO MY BLOG UNLIKE PICTURES
  THE “FACEBOOK LIKE” WIDGET ALSO DOESNT DISPLAY ANY LIKE IMAGE OR ICON ON MY BLOG.
  PLS HELP COS I’M BEGINNING TO THINK THAT OTHER BLOG SITES ARE BETTER. :-(

  Why are you SHOUTING! by typing in all capital letters? We are here to help and SHOUTING at us is not appropriate. Is the caps lock key on your keyboard broken or did you erroneously assume that SHOUTING! would bring you attention more quickly? In fact SHOUTING! can trigger most of us Volunteers to ignore a thread rather than responding to it, so it’s in your best interest that you don’t do it.

  If you have a Facebook Page (not just a profile), you can add a Facebook Like Box to your sidebar or other widget area simply by adding the Facebook Like Box widget from Appearance -> Widgets in your blog’s Dashboard. http://en.support.wordpress.com/facebook-integration/#facebook-like-box

  All widgets are installed here > Appearance > Widgets
  Every theme has a default sidebar display that appears to contain widgets but doesn’t. When you select widgets of your own choice, click to open each one, configure where required, set the widget visibility setting where available, click “save” and click “close” inside the widgets one by one, then the widgets you choose will over-ride the default display.
