Widget menu does not found

    i does not get appearance option to add widgets on my blog.please help me to find me widget menu.also i used the free version of wordpress blog.

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Those only exist on self hosted WordPress.ORG software installs and you have a WordPress.COM hosted blog. You can’t install any plugins third party themes on a WordPress blog because they are for WordPress.ORG software installs only.

    There is no FTP access and no blogger installed plugin capability on any free hosted WordPress.COM blogs for security reasons, and there is no upgrade you can purchase here that changes that reality.

    The only themes we can use on WordPress.com hosted blogs are licensed and adapted to run on our multiuser software the themes are found here http://wordpress.com/themes/ and in your dashboard at > Appearance > Themes

    If you want FTP access and to install plugins or third party themes into a site then you will have to hire a web host http://wordpress.org/hosting/ and set up your own WordPress.org install. WordPress.org offers free software that you can install on a web server. You can upload and install themes and plugins, run ads, conduct ecommerce and edit the database.

    WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. Read the differences here http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
