Widget not saving

  I am working on a blog for my English Final. Part of our grade is how neatly the blog is organized. On the side of my page, the widget section that I create will NOT SAVE. In my edit page it looks the way I want it too even days after going after my blog. But when I visit my page it reverts back to the old form. How can I change this?

  Scroll down to Widgets there.
  Button 2 includes four widget areas: one optional Sidebar, and three Footer areas. If there are no widgets in the Sidebar area, the theme automatically adjusts to a single column.
