  I need option or sin in or sign out, at present time edit option is available to any viewr

  If you are under the impression that any viewers of your new site are automatically logged in as admins and can click an “edit” button on your posts/pages you are mistaken. Visitors can only view your site. Any “edit” buttons can only be seen by you, the owner of the site, because you are still logged in to WordPress.com.

  PS: If you ever did want others to be able to log in and add content to your site in the future you can set up various user roles though https://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/
