Widget on all pages

  I would like to make use of a Sitemap/Pages widget on all pages of my WordPress.com.
  I think it’s not manageable by the standand theme “Twenty Eleven”.

  Can I do this by means of a CSS script? And if so, which script to use?
  Currently the blog is marked private

  CSS cannot change how a theme works. If you want a sidebar on all static and dynamic pages of your blog, including single posts, you need a different theme.
