widget on the right side?

Is it possible to have the widgets / themes on the right side instead of only in the footer?

The widget titled “Themen,” which is presumably a category widget, is displayed in the (right) sidebar widget area when the site is viewed on my desktop monitor screen. On smaller screens, such as those on mobile devices, the sidebar widget area is moved to the bottom. This happens on themes that are responsive, and is an intentional result.
