Widget or plug-in?

On my website knotbored.org., I am looking for a plug-in or a widget to set up conversation between members who sign up. It will basically be a discussion board among members. Can you give me some suggestions of a plug-ins or widgets where I can post a subject and members can chat with me and each other, but I can monitor and remove members if necessary?
